Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

About this place

The wedded rocks stand as a torii through which to worship Okitama-shinseki, a rock lying offshore. The sun is greeted between the great rope strung across the two rocks as it rises out of the sea.
