The famous Naiku and Geku, together with the auxiliary, affiliated, subordinate and administered shrines — 125 in all — are Jingu. They are spread across four cities and four towns. But you only have to go to 55 places. Many of the 125 stand within the grounds of another shrine, so visiting Ise Jingu Naiku (Inner Shrine) covers 11 of them, and Ise Jingu Geku (Outer Shrine) another 10.
Most of the shrines have no car park. Where there is one it is often too small, so check where you can leave the car before you set out. A taxi or bus, or going on foot, by bicycle or by motorbike, is the surer way.
Going by motorcycle →Ticking a place is remembered in this browser only. Nothing is sent anywhere, and it is lost if you clear your browser data.
Ordered by how many of the 125 you can visit in one stop. Each shrine is ticked on its own: ticking Naiku does not mark the shrines within its grounds.

Each shrine is ticked on its own; it is the same record as under “By place”. Every shrine name leads to a page of its own. Locations are shown for 104 of them; shrines enshrined within another shrine's grounds share that shrine's position, and where a location could not be confirmed it is left blank rather than guessed.
