Enter Geku by the north gate and follow the lane west past the sacred stables. It enshrines the spirit of the land of Ise, said to be the son of the founder of the Ise no Kuni-no-Miyatsuko, who governed the north of the province. Otsu-jinja stands further along the same lane, and Kaminomii-jinja beyond it. It ranks third among the sessha of Geku.
