Further along the approach to Otsuchimioya-jinja, in a wood known as the Chaya grove. Both deities here are children of the deity Kunari and are regarded as tutelary deities of the district, which has earned the shrine the alternative name 'the shrine of the children'. Ashidate-jinja is enshrined in the same building, and the sacred ricefields of Jingu lie to the east.
