Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

About this place

About 200 m from the Uji bridge, on the site of a landing where boats coming up the Isuzu river once tied up. The deity guarded that landing. It shares a single building with Tsunaga-jinja and Iwai-jinja, and seven of the 125 shrines stand within a few minutes' walk of here.
