Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

About this place

East of the steps to the main sanctuary, outside the plank gate, facing south. There is no building; the deity is received on paving. It guards the courtyard of the main sanctuary. It forms a pair with Miyabi-no-Kami in the north-west of the enclosure, each once served by priests of a different office.
