Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

About this place

On a low hill known locally as the Okitama grove, the ground around the building thick with moss. Both deities guard the water of the Isuzu river. It shares a single building with Ujiyoda-jinja. The shrine sits inside the village and its entrance is easy to miss.
