On the same paving as Okitama-no-Kami, facing north. There is no building, and since the enclosure may not be entered it is worshipped from the path. The deity guards the main sanctuary and is said to be another name for Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto. This shrine to the north-west and Yanohahiki-no-Kami to the south-east form a pair, each once served by priests of a different office.
