Hamayo Honten Ise Factory Shop is the company's processing plant in Asama, Ise, with a retail counter inside. Whitebait bought at auction in Toshi port is brought here quickly and processed while still fresh. The plant ships Hamayo's range, including oyster tsukudani for gifts, seaweeds such as aosa and akamoku, and breaded oysters, and it also makes kuro-chirimen, whitebait boiled and then sun-dried in the traditional way.
