Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

Hanashimizu in Toba is a restaurant specializing in Toba chanpon (a local noodle soup) and seared mackerel sushi. Opened in May 2019 by a couple who relocated from Osaka, the restaurant relocated in August 2024 to a location within walking distance of Toba Aquarium.
