IPPO Workplace Antenna Shop & Cafe in Toba was opened as a place to create social roles and value for people with disabilities, under the theme of a community where everyone lives together. Run by Athlead Plus, it displays and sells work made at welfare workshops. It also sets out to build employment models for people with disabilities through practice and to widen understanding among companies in the city and the prefecture, and it holds events regularly.
