Ogiya has been cooking the home-style food of Mie in the Futami district of Ise. Set meals come with rice, miso soup and a small side dish, built around Matsusaka beef hamburger steak, Tamaki pork cutlet, or fried Uramura oysters in winter. Spaghetti, curry, salads and parfaits fill out the menu, and beer, wine and shochu are poured alongside.
