Silver Week traffic restrictions
From September 19 to 23 the Ise-Nishi interchange exit on the Ise Expressway is closed, and from the 20th to the 22nd the Ise interchange exit is closed as well. From the 20th to the 22nd a shuttle bus runs from the car parks around Sun Arena. You cannot drive up to Naiku, so please plan your route around it.

About this place

A memorial hall for Kadono Ikunoshin, a Toba-born businessman who founded Chiyoda Life Insurance. It holds some 3,200 items, including photographs from his Keio Gijuku years and calligraphy by Fukuzawa Yukichi. The ground floor is Toba's volunteer guide centre, where you can arrange a walking guide.
