A tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) specialty restaurant near Kashikojima in Shima City. The restaurant uses premium pork from Gifu Prefecture for loin cuts and aged Canadian pork for tenderloin cuts. The frying oil is high-grade vegetable oil that is filtered and oxidation-reduced after each service and completely changed within two days. Both the miso and sauce for dipping are original recipes.
